目前商业生产的制程以共聚物化学法为主
At present, the process of commercial production is mainly based on copolymer chemistry.
流程:丙烯酸和氢氧化钠混合,在碱性环境下进行利用自由基引发剂聚合来生成聚丙烯酸钠(SAP)。
Process: mixture of acrylic acid and sodium hydroxide, and polymerization of sodium polyacrylate (SAP) in alkaline environment by polymerization of free radical initiator.
操作流程:中和流程、交联剂预混、聚合反应、后期处理
Operation process: neutralization process, crosslinking agent premixing, polymerization, post processing.
中和流程:将丙烯酸、氢氧化钠等原料进行中和,并控制温度不超过45℃。
Neutralization process: neutralize acrylic acid, sodium hydroxide and other raw materials, and control the temperature no more than 45 degrees.
交联剂预混:将中和液放入预混釜中,加入阻聚剂保持温度在38~45℃
Crosslinker premixed: put neutralization liquid into premixed kettle, add inhibitor to keep temperature at 38~45 C.
聚合反应工段:控制温度在40~42℃,加入引发剂。
